About Us

The CHĀ Story:

At CHĀ, we are passionate about bringing the enchanting world of chai to your cup. Our journey began with a shared love for the rich and aromatic flavours of Indian masala chai which has been passed down through generations of chai lovers, and we want to share that love with the world.

Founded by a family of chai enthusiasts, CHĀ is rooted in tradition and guided by a commitment to quality. Our journey traces its origins back to our great maternal grandmother, who shared with us the cherished family recipe for crafting the perfect masala chai.

What Sets Us Apart:

  • Authenticity: Our chai recipes are inspired by generations-old traditions, ensuring that every cup of chai embodies the true essence of India's tea culture.
  • Quality: We take pride in the quality of our ingredients and the craftsmanship that goes into blending them. Each batch is a labour of love.
  • Variety: Whether you're a fan of classic masala chai, prefer the refreshing twist of mint, or crave the invigorating heat of ginger, our diverse range of chai blends caters to every palate.
  • Community: Beyond chai, we're building a community of chai lovers who appreciate the art and ritual of brewing a perfect cup. Join us in this delightful journey.

Our Promise:

At CHĀ, our promise is to deliver an exceptional chai experience that not only warms your cup but also your heart. We invite you to explore our range of chai spice blends, savor the rich flavours, and create moments of connection and comfort.

Giving Back to the Community

We truly care about giving back to the community and we are always looking for ways to make a positive impact in the world. We believe that all children should have a loving and caring home and have the best start in life. That's why we're supporting the Diagrama Foundation, a charity that supports vulnerable children by finding secure and nurturing families to care for traumatised children through their adoption and fostering services.
